After Sales Service & Maintenance
The successful installation of a PermaRock system is not the end to PermaRock’s involvement with a project. PermaRock provides aftercare manuals for its systems, detailing how maintenance can be carried out for routine tasks such as cleaning, minor repairs, modifying or adding new fixtures and fittings.
Community Engagement & Support
PermaRock is always on hand to assist with producing information and supporting events specifically tailored to tenants and the local community. Whether it is the production of a project specific information sheet explaining the concept and benefits of external wall insulation through to visual concepts and product samples or attending tenant open days, we are able to provide tailored support as required.
We can also support clients and installers with the training of locally based installation operatives in the application of PermaRock systems. In conjunction with with the Registered Installer, we can train job seeking local residents, or support apprenticeships with installer companies, etc.
